In 1989, Ever Serve Nano began to focus on promoting the fruit enzyme business. In response to the demand for research and development, Ever Serve Nano's founder  and the Japanese R&D team set up a fruit enzyme production plant, combining Taiwanese, American, and Japanese technological cooperation, and began to expand the market in Japan and Southeast Asia, as well as actively expanding into the Taiwan market, in the hope that the fruit enzyme business would begin to flourish in Taiwan, and the "Ever Serve Nano Sun Enzymes" was born.

    1. Obtained the first Food Additive License for Active Liquid Pineapple Enzyme from the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
    2. Engaged in the research and development of lipid-lowering intermediates (Compactin) (Laboratory of Food Industry Research Institute).
  • 2000
    1. Established two sets of 5-ton fermentation tanks at the first plant in Hsin-Ying Industrial Park, and established the mass production technology of Compactin.
    2. Established a mushroom polysaccharide production plant with a doctoral research team from National Taiwan University to promote the precious mushroom polysaccharide series.
  • 2003
    1. Formally changed the name to Ever Serve Nano Bio-Tech Co., Ltd. to develop Nattokinase, Red Yeast, Lactobacillus and other health food ingredients.
    2. Started the construction of the second plant in Southern Taiwan Science Park, and planned the hard/software equipments in accordance with cGMP standard, and started the promotion of mushroom polysaccharide series products.

    Completion of the Southern Taiwan Science Park plant, the largest fermentation and extract health food manufacturing plant in Taiwan

    Applied food-grade probiotics, enzymes, and polysaccharides to agriculture, livestock, and aquaculture, and began promoting overseas markets in the same year.

    1. Signed a long-term cooperation program with a world-renowned health food company to promote our products to overseas markets.
    2. Collaborated with National Pingtung University of Science and Technology to complete a study on the effects of dietary supplementation with mushroom polysaccharides on immune function, milk production, and growth performance of cows and pigs.

    1. Signed long-term contracts with the world's top ten companies and became their designated mass production manufacturing plant and shipping center in Asia.
    2. Obtained the only patent in Taiwan for the exclusive triple-embedded production technology of lactic acid bacteria.
    3. Complete the clinical trials of Pineapple Enzyme (Department of Food and Nutrition, Providence University & Chung Hwa Medical University).
    4. Completed a clinical trial to evaluate the benefits and safety of nattokinase and red yeast products for oral use by patients (Chi Mei Medical Center, Tainan, Taiwan).

    1. Camphor Products became the first food product in the world to complete the research of "Pharmacokinetics".
    2. Passed the Halal certification for Muslim food, expanding the Muslim market both at home and abroad.
    3. Collaborated with Tajen University, Chung Hwa Medical University, and Chest Hospital, Ministry of Health and Welfare, to complete the research on the efficacy of pineapple enzyme.

    1. Explore the preventive effect of mycelium of Mulberry (Department of Food and Nutrition, Providence University).
    2. Completing the clinical trials of Natto red yeast products (Taichung Veterans General Hospital).

    1. Natto, Camphor and Mulberry products became self-prescribed by doctors at the Central Taiwan Teaching Hospital.
    2. Completed the functional evaluation test of "Oishi high-effective β-glucan drink" (Veteran's General Hospital, Taichung + Department of Food and Nutrition, Providence University).

    Complete the expansion of the plant at Central Taiwan Science Park: two 50-ton fermentation tanks, two 55-ton fermentation tanks, four 50-ton extraction tanks, and tonnage freeze-drying and other purification and mass-production equipment.

    Polysaccharide Functional Drink has passed the National Stimulant Test in Mainland China, and is honored to be the only functional drink in Taiwan in the National Procurement List of the People's Republic of China.
    It is the only functional drink in Taiwan, designated by the Beijing Olympic Committee for national level athletes.
